Solidscape’s executive team brings over 30 years of experience in the 3D printing and direct manufacturing industry.
Over the years, the executive team has remained focused on the primary mission of establishing Solidscape as the world market leader in high precision 3D printers for direct manufacturing in critical applications such as lost wax investment casting and mold making.
President and CEO
Mr. Esposito is in charge of Solidscape financial, operational and strategic growth. He brings over 20 years of experience profitably growing high-tech companies. At Solidscape he most recently held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing and forged the expansion of new vertical markets while increasing global sales and revenue.
Mr. Esposito joined Solidscape in 2007 from ISRA Parsytec AG in Germany, a global leader in surface inspection, quality and yield management solutions, where he held the position of Vice President of the American subsidiary, after successfully developing the business in Southern Europe.
Mr. Esposito graduated with a BS and MS degrees in Electronic Engineering and Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
Vice President of People Experience
Ms. Stirbisky is responsible for developing and managing people programs that promote Solidscape’s organizational culture and values.
Ms. Stirbisky joined Solidscape in 2015 from Celestica Ltd., a global high-tech electronics manufacturing services company, serving Communications & Enterprise, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Alternative Energy and Healthcare end-markets. Ms. Stirbisky held multiple roles over her 14 years with Celestica, most recently as a Senior Director of Human Resources, managing Human Resources teams across multiple countries.
Ms. Stirbisky graduated with a BA degree in Liberal Arts. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Head of Product Development
Dr. Kiefer is responsible for product development and engineering, driving innovation and providing expanded solutions that allow Solidscape customers to become more profitable.
Dr. Kiefer joined Solidscape in 2014 from Labsphere where she was Director of Materials and Coatings for the photonics industry. Previous roles include Manager of UV Ink Development at EFI-VUTEk, a manufacturer of large format digital printers.
Dr. Kiefer is a co-inventor with 7 patents to her name.
Dr. Kiefer holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Her B.S. in Chemistry is from Ursinus College.
Head of Technology
Mr. Coe is responsible for 3D Printing Technologies at Solidscape.
Mr. Coe has been a key member of the Solidscape team for more than 18 years, contributing to the discovery and advancement of all technologies and platforms. Prior to his 18 years in the 3D printing industry Mr. Coe spent 19 years in complex Software and Systems Design.
Mr. Coe is one of the pioneers in the 3D Printing industry having joined the company at its very early stage, when it was Sanders Design.
During his career Mr. Coe contributed to conceptualizing several patented technologies and co-authored two of them.
Mr. Coe graduated with a BS degree in Photogrammetric Science from Ohio State University.
Head of Technical Support
Mr. Mikoluk is responsible for directing the activities of the Technical Support Team in providing the best possible service and support to our network of users and resellers around the world. He brings over 30 years of experience to his role, successfully managing and developing field service teams on a local, regional and national level.
Mr. Mikoluk joined Solidscape in 2003 from Nipson America in Elk Grove, Il where he held the position of National Service Manager after serving as a District Service Manager for Océ Printing Systems and Storage Technology. His 15 years of experience supporting 2D printing systems proved invaluable in his progression to supporting 3D printing systems.
Mr. Mr. Mikoluk is a graduate of Control Data Institute and attended the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA.
Head of Operations
Mr. Lessard is responsible for aligning manufacturing, quality, supply chain and facilities to ensure a positive customer experience.
Mr. Lessard joined Solidscape in August 2015 as Manufacturing Manager and assumed additional responsibilities 3 months later overseeing the expansion of the facilities. His responsibilities increased during his employment at Insight Technology, Inc. as well, where he started as a Production Supervisor and was promoted to Manager. Mr. Lessard is US Army, retired after 20 years’ service.
Mr. Lessard graduated with a BS degree in Technical Management from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Black Belt Six Sigma Certification.
