A través de los años, el equipo ejecutivo se ha mantenido enfocado en la misión principal de establecer a Solidscape como líder del mercado mundial en impresoras 3D de alta precisión para la fabricación directa en aplicaciones críticas, como fundición por inversión a la cera perdida y la fabricación de moldes.
ALBAN D’HALLUIN
CEO
Alban d’Halluin is leading Solidscape to deliver enhanced products for the benefit of all its customers as it expands its portfolio of 3D printing technologies for jewelry manufacturing and investment casting.
Alban d’Halluin brings his 15-year-long expertise in strategic business development in high-tech industry and his engineer background to cultivate the synergies between Solidscape and sister company, Prodways Printers where he also serves as CEO. Alban d’Halluin has been overseeing the development and launch of Prodways’ key products for additive manufacturing since he joined the group in 2015.
Mr. d’Halluin holds a MS degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University in Massachusetts with studies in Applied Mathematics and an Engineer degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France.
JOSHUA VALDEZ
Head of Technical Support & Customer Service
Mr. Valdez is responsible for directing the Technical Support Team in providing the best in class service, support and experience to resellers and thousands of end users around the world. He brings over 15 years of experience in his role, successfully managing, developing field service teams and enhancing strategic partnerships on a regional, national and global level.
Mr. Valdez joined Solidscape in September of 2019 from Philips where he held the position of Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations and oversaw the technical service organization, business 2 business relationship team and installation network of their Home Monitoring portfolio within the HealthCare channel. Previous roles included managing contact center, technical support and customer service administration.
Mr. Valdez holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Phoenix and currently working on his MBA in Business Administration and International expansion at Clarks University.
Director de Operaciones
El Sr. Lessard es responsable de alinear la fabricación, la calidad, la cadena de suministros y las instalaciones para asegurar una experiencia positiva del cliente.
El Sr. Lessard se unió a Solidscape en agosto de 2015 como Gerente de Fabricación y asumió responsabilidades adicionales 3 meses después como supervisor de la expansión de las instalaciones. Sus responsabilidades también aumentaron durante su empleo en Insight Technology, Inc., donde comenzó como Supervisor de Producción y fue ascendido a Gerente. El Sr. Lessard estuvo en el Ejército de los Estados Unidos y se retiró después de 20 años de servicio.
El Sr. Lessard se graduó con el título de BS en Administración Técnica en la Southern New Hampshire University y tiene una certificación Black Belt Six Sigma.
