Merrimack, NH, May 22, 2012 — Solidscape®, Inc., the leading manufacturer of high precision 3D printers for direct manufacturing applications, reaches a noteworthy milestone in selling its 1000th T76Plus 3D printer to one of the largest diamond and fine jewelry stores along the Gulf Coast, Pav & Broome Diamond Jewelers.

“We are not limited to human capabilities.  Now, there’s just no design that you can’t tackle with this, and it puts us above competition,” explains Matthew Pav, co-owner of Pav & Broome Diamond Jewelers, speaking about his new T76Plus.  “Man cannot make a piece with the same precision that you can do with the machine, it’s just not possible.”

Solidscape’s T76Plus 3D printer is capable of producing high quality, fully castable wax masters for the most intricate fine designs.  The T76Plus is the industry leading flagship for high precision printing, and the increasing success of the printer has raised the bar for the entire direct manufacturing marketplace.

“From a personal standpoint, it excites me in the sense that it gives a customer endorsement of our technology,” says John Wigand, VP of Engineering for Solidscape, Inc. “It shows that what we are doing is viable and profitable to our customers, and we are continuing on the right path.”

“By bringing direct manufacturing in-house, small and medium sized businesses save time and money,” according to Fabio Esposito, Vice President of Marketing and Sales.  “With the capability to create their own new or customized products, customers quickly discover Solidscape’s easy-to-use 3D printing solutions are a dynamic platform for growing their business.”

“This new machine has definitely made me more excited about the direction of the business, where we could go with it,” explains Matthew Pav. “Being able to do everything in house now, as opposed to doing 75% here and have somebody else do 25%, now we can do it all.”
