Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.

– Vincent van Gogh

This week Solidscape users from around the world share with us their tiny 3D printed wax models and jewelry designs. These small designs are beautiful on their own, but together they also represent a larger picture: creativity and technology coming together to create wearable art collections by talented people.

Jonathan Banegas of Magna shares a beautiful Tree of Life design with a quarter to show perspective.

In another part of the world, Gabor Kigyossy also shares tiny fine wire parts in comparison to a five pence coin!

Sarah Michiko Designs shares color-popping rings and earrings with us this week!

Although we focus a lot on custom pieces don’t forget to check out all the pieces available at sarahmichikodesigns.com !!

Camber Jewelry, a jewelry line of rings inspired by our industrial past, shares the wax model of the PIER ring, ready for casting. The ring may be small but it is inspired by a larger structure- Gustave Eiffel’s Garabit Viaduct in France.

3d_printer shows off the detailing on these lovely small wax models.

We’re always excited to see renderings of works in progress or ready to be 3D printed, such as these rings by Sarven Çankırı.
