Solidscape, Inc. is now accepting entries for its 8th Annual Design Competition to be featured at JCK Las Vegas June 1st-4th, 2018, open to jewelry designers from across the globe. The competition provides the opportunity to showcase their creative and innovative designs that embrace cutting edge 3D printing technology and receive recognition at the USA’s largest jewelry event attracting top brands and jewelers. In addition to cash prizes, the finalists will be promoted on social media throughout the year.

Design Entry Requirements:

The designer must:

  1. Submit one unique, original design per artist
  2. Provide designer name, business name or other, and location
  3. Grant permission for Solidscape to promote their winning design, with designer credit
  4. Provide your story and choice of professional background or experience for promotion

Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

  • Successful wax model printed by a Solidscape High Precision 3D printer
  • Technically interesting or challenging
  • Best use of technology (CAD/Solidscape 3D printing)
  • Best artistry & style

Important Dates:

Design submission deadline: April 27th, 2018

Finalists on display at JCK Las Vegas: June 1st-4th, 2018

Winners announced online: June 1st, 2018

Prizes:

Best Design – Platinum Level: $800 USD

Best Design – Gold Level: $600 USD

Best Design – Silver Level: $400 USD
