The Repair Technician will play a key role within our service team to support the operation and maintenance of our resin and wax based products. The ideal candidate should be customer focused, results driven, and passionate about customer service and the 3D printing technology industry!

What You Will Do:

  • Performing timely maintenance and troubleshooting on customer printers.
  • Working closely with customers to provide ongoing information and support.
  • Use virtual tools to assist customers with new printer installation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all inventory parts used to repair or maintain printers
  • Provide customer feedback and perspective to internal teams, in order to improve products.

You May Have:

  • Prior experience repairing, installing, and maintaining printers or electronic devices.
  • Experience using various hand and power tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to resolve problems and think analytically.
  • Familiar with windows operating systems and software configuration
