Summary: Our Regional Sales Managers manage sales to ensure revenue quotas are met or exceeded.  On a consistent basis they forecast unit sales, train resellers and representatives, make joint sales calls with resellers and representatives, manage Prodways’ direct customer base, and provide marketing advice and guidance.

In this role you would:

  • Coordinate with Director of Sales to assist in the creation of a ‘best in class’ sales team within the region and drives a high-performance culture within the channel
  • Work closely with all internal departments (Regional Technical Managers, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support) to ensure best results and regions/resellers success
  • Ensure sales coverage and market share through channel partners in all of our defined market segments over the complete product portfolio
  • Manage proper lead and opportunity registration in the region
  • Travel requirement: 30%

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree – or relevant work experience consisting
  • 5-7 years of business-to-business experience
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, entrepreneurial team player
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation required

It would also be great if you have:

  • Strong background in Sales operations
  • Experience in consultative selling or “turn-key” (hardware) systems
  • Understanding of direct and in direct sales organizations
  • Experience using SFDC
